Question by : When will the scale start to show your weight loss?
My sister is on a VLCD looking to lose weight and she’s been on it for 3 days now, eating between 550 and 750 calories a day. And she’s freaking out because her weight loss isn’t showing on the scale, but she feel like she’s lost weight… I don’t think she LOOKS like she’s lost any weight, but I may be wrong.

She’s not losing weight, to lose actual fat you need to eat around 1,400-1,800 calories and exercise. There’s no other way, she’s on an anorexic diet right now and soon she’ll start losing muscle and gaining fat.
