Question by : When will I start noticing weight loss?
I started being a vegan on Monday. How long will it take before I notice weight loss? Does being a vegan help u lose weight?

Being a vegan does help you lose weight. Make sure you’re getting enough protein from nuts and beans those are the two main protein type foods for vegans. You’ll start noticing weight loss in about 2 or 3 weeks. Make sure you exercise and eat healthy vegan food like veggies instead of something like potato chips. Drinks lots of water too.

    Why do you expect to lose weight at all? If you’re doing it right, you shouldn’t.

    Weight loss is consuming less calories than you burn. Veganism has nothing to do with it.

    Veganism is not a weight loss plan. You will lose weight if you decrease the calories you consume and increase your amount of activity.

    It might take long before you’ll start seeing some result. If you want to see it soon though, you might as well accompany it with some exercise.
