Question by Rachel M: What is the best product to help in weight loss?
I got a new Wii fit board and I love the exercises. . .but what is the best product to take while working out to aid in weight loss?

    no weight loss pills work try this instead it really worked for me
    i am a 17 year old female who weighs approximately 50 kilos and I am 168cm in height. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour of cardio (mainly on the cross trainer) and according to the machines i burn about 850-950 calories each time. ( i know the machines aren’t that accurate).
    My daily diet is ;
    Breakfast: all bran with semi skimmed milk and 2 pieces of fruit ussually nectarines. (300 calories ish)
    Snack: apple (50 calories)
    Lunch; turkey sandwich (whole meal break and turkey slices no spread) (150 calories)
    Snack; will bar (213 calories)
    Dinner; varied but consists of 300 calories. tonight i had a fish cake, green beans and noodles.
    Dessert; 250 calories..maybe and icecream or yohgurt and bar
    Supper; cereal with semi skimmed milk (allbran or special k) with a piece of fruit (250-300 calories)

    I drink two litres of water each day and i have about two diet drinks and two cups of green tea.

    I had the hardest time ever loosing those extra few pounds. I would not suggest any diet pills. It takes hard work and determination. I tried all the workouts and diets you could think of but nothing really worked as well and as quickly as I would have hoped.     Just to give you a heads up, my family friend just had a stroke. She is 38 and they say it was because of diet pills. They are so bad for you. They are about as bad for you as illegal street drugs. I would suggest drinking green tea instead of coffee and soda. Eat a lot of fresh produce and limit red meat and high calorie high sodium foods. My favorite exercises are with a balance ball (those giant balls they have at the gym) I got mine for $ 30 at target. The taller you are the bigger the ball. Its fun and meditative. Very stress relieving and you can do it barefoot! I wouldn’t suggest doing it in front of people because the exercises sometimes look a little foolish but I have seen great results!

    Atleast 30 min walking daily. Drink lot of water. Take vegitables for sometime instead of meat. Take little portions every 3-4 hours. Have good sleep. And finally do some yoga or meditation for 15-20 min.

    That will help you reduce fat in a stressless fashion.

    diet pills don’t work you should try to plan out a diet plan and try to excercise more regularly thats what i did and i used to weigh 150 and now i’m only 115 which is a pretty good weight

    Diet pills of ANY kind will just cause a whole new problem – dependency, and you don’t want that. Take it from me, I used Cocaine for 5 yrs to be thin, and guess what – now I’m having a HARD time working off the extra pounds that came on when I decided I was tired of being dependent! The ONLY thing that works is : eat healthy and move your body as much as you can – even if it’s only a walk around the block every other evening after dinner or when you wake up , or whenever you can manage it.     Low calorie diets completely damage your metabolism and never result in long term weight loss. Haven’t you ever heard someone say “But I barely eat all day and I still can’t lose weight!”. Because they are completely shutting down their metabolisms and getting fatter and fatter each day.

    Dont take pills! Usually the pills consist of L-Carnitine which is important for the transport of energy to your muscle-energy cells. I tried L-Carnitine myself and had no real success.

    The other alternative which I also tried are the so called CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). They destroy fat cells. The bad part, they destroy the fat cells which are essential for your body as well.
