12 pounds. In one week if you are 3000 cal below your normal amount you should lose 1 pound. It’s a lot to be down on each week.

If You can Lose a POUND a Week, you’ll be doing alright… Because the LONGER You give Your Body Time to Adjust to each Pound you LOSE, the LESS Likely You are to gain That Pound- back !! 🙂

A realistic goal is to lose 1-2 lbs per week. 🙂

Good luck, and congratulations on your step towards a healthier lifestyle!

A healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. As you are over 200 lbs you may lose a bit faster than that.

In 12 weeks I would say 25lbs or so.

The thing to make sure is that you are losing weight in a healthy way. Doing cardio (treadmill, bike, elliptcal) and weights will help to speed up fat loss. Also, you need to make sure you are eating a balanced diet with protein, healthy carbohydrates and healthy fats in every meal.

    Protein sources:
    egg whites
    whey protein powder (isolate)

    Healthy fat sources:
    almonds/nuts (1oz per meal)
natural peanut butter (1 tbsp max per meal)
    egg yolks
    olive oil

    Healthy carbohydrates:

    Good luck!

    i would say 15 – 20 pounds.

It would hurt your health if you lose weight too fast.
Health come first when you lose weight.
