Question by Fingers crossed for a son:): What are the top exercises to help weight loss?
I’m trying to lose as much weight as possible in 25 days. I am a wreslter, female, and am trying to lose alot of weight even though im not heavy. Anyways. I need the top exercises for weight loss.

Jogging & Swimming is the best way to reduce weight.

Try to involve in a game like tennis, badminton, etc.

    Jump rope, or jump in place with out the rope.

    Squat in place, or jump squat.

    Jumping jacks.

    Firstly, you need to go on a strict diet that suits you since you are on a time limit. 25 days is a short period of time 🙂

    Doing cardio is also a good way to burn fat fast as well.
