Question by Aditya G: Weight Loss?
Hi
I have substituted my lunch with a Cliff bar and my evening snack with a Slim fast Chocolate bar. I eat my regular dinner though.

Do you think this can help in weight loss?

Some what. Just exercise 5 times a week! Once a day for one hour. Running helps alot. Or if you can’t run, then jog. And if not that, then walk until you can work your way up to running 2 miles a day. Without stopping.

Anything helps with weight loss as long as you are consuming fewer calories than you burn. We burn about 1,000 calories by just sitting still or sleeping! By the sounds of it, the calories in your lunch and snack should be minimal. It really depends on how much you’re eating for dinner and if you’re eating breakfast. It is true that eating breakfast helps you loose weight.

Good luck! You and I are in the weight loss battle together!

you need to eat, every meal, ebtter to eat more meals but with lesser quantities, then drink 8 glasses of water (not too much, water can be deadly if drank in such huge quantities) jog a little bit, maybe 3-4 times a week. good luck.

    p.s dont drink pop

    Diets do not work.
They lower you metabolism. There for when you actually loose the wieght, and start eating again. The energy will acumulate faster.

Eat when you are hungry, not just becuase you have an appetite. This way your metabolism won’t be affected.
Excercice, is you best option. When you are sore (the next day from your workout) DO NOT EXCERSICE, till your soreness goes away. This is bad for you muscular tissue.

P.S. Hope eveything turns out good.

You better don’t do that because it can’t help you to lose a lot of weight but it may cause you gastritis later.
I am taking food in the morning and is on Reductil 10mg once a day for 1 month now and I had lost 10kgs.
To take food during day time is better because you will use up all the calories during day time rather than night time we are just using some energy during sleep.

So, wishing you good luck in weight losing.

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Contact me and I can tell you more about this.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program and on average people lose 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it’s well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can give you his contact info and he can tell you more about it.

It is advised that you consult a health expert or dietician before you start a weight loss program. A weight loss program that is beneficial for one person may not be suitable for another. The metabolism of each individual varies. Do not jump at weight loss programs that advertise fast weight loss as it could prove to be harmful. The right weight loss program will assist you in losing 2-3 pounds a week and not more. If you are able to consistently lose 2 pounds a week for a few weeks, you will not only be a lot thinner and fit, you will most certainly stay that way.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.

Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It’s an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It’s really great to stop food cravings.

Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
