is there a kinda easy way to loss weight that is something thats easy to do ??? im under 18 and ive been overweight since i was a 1st grader so any tips

well… let me tell you that i don’t believe in diets but i can give you a nice advice and it goes something like this:don’t eat between foods just eat 3 times a day,do push-ups and run a lot;this is how you should do it:30 minutes of exercises,2 times a day,6 days a weak;GOOD LUCK.

    I would say doing a technique I tell my girls.
    Once a week PRETEND you are doing a 24 hour famine.
    By pretend, I mean you should drink plenty of protein shakes,
    (eg. banana milkshakes)
    You should have about two meals that day. One in between 7-9 AM and one in between 5-7 PM. These meals should consist of ONLY HEALTHY FOODS. No meat. No fish. No BigMacs. Just fruit/vegetables/salads/whole-wheat wraps/toast & banana’s, etc.

    Thats what I tell my girls the first day of class and I drill it into there heads.

    Exercise 30 minutes a day, even if it is just walking on the treadmill or taking a stroll around your neighborhood. Be sure to increase your intensity when your body gets used to your curent work out so you can acheive optimum results.
    Eat healthy foods, nothing after 7pm. Drink lots of water. Cut out soday.

    Ok, I used to always start a diet with a kick off. my favorite was the cabbage soup diet. Just search it online, VERY easy to find. Then after that week, I started counting calories. If I were you I’d start with 1400 then as it gets tougher to lose, bump it down to 1350, then 1300. My problem is I needed support, s I joined weight watchers. See if your mom/g-ma/dad/aunt/cousin 9I’m sure one of them could shed a few pounds!) will join with you. It’s 10 a week and definitely worth it!

    If you want to lose weight I am going to tell you best weight loss program. I will tell you what a weight loss program should include. A real weight loss program should not promise fast or rapid weight loss. As rapid weight loss programs never give long lasting results. So prepare your mind if you want to have a success in your weight loss program. The real weight loss program will never be fast you have to be patient as losing weight is a slow process.
