try cardiovascular exercise jerky.any exercise that makes you sweat and makes your heartbeat for at least a half hour.five or six days a week will cause weight loss as long as your really counting calories and using carbs in the right way

Try running 6 times a week during the week for about a month or two, or the duration it takes for you to be satisfied with you’re weight, And when i say run, i mean run 1 or 2 miles at first, then slowly increase the distance. Before you start doing the next step, try running about 5 or 6 miles a day.

Next Step: After running for about a month, swim 6 times a week for about another month or two. And i’ll guarantee you you’ll be in way better shape.
Also dont eat alot of fat food, but try to eat healthy whenever you can.

If your looking to lose 25 pounds you must be very careful. You must increase your workouts… go at less 30mins of cardio at least 3 or 4 times a week. Make sure you stay in your fat burning zone “very Important” faster and harder is not always better. (Fat Burning zone is 65% of your maximum heart rate which is 210 minus your age simple calculation)

Drink alot of water, when ever you can be drinking water this will bring down your water weight.

Also increase the number of meals you can eat. 6 small meals will increase your bodies fat burning power.

What I put my clients on to make sure they lose the weight and stick to the exercise is a product called Liptoprin-Rx it isnt cheap but it flat out works, great product! I know this will get you to your goals but it is going to take some work OK!

.Xenical is what you need! it worked miracles on my sister who was 150#’s overweight! She tries every diet out there and nothing ever worked. Xenical is used to help obese people who fit certain weight and height requirements lose weight and maintain weight loss. Xenical works in your intestines, where it blocks some of the fat you eat from being absorbed. This undigested fat is then eliminated in your bowel movements. Use Xenical together with a reduced-calorie diet. The weight management effects of Xenical continue only as long as you are taking it. You can get it online without a prior prescription at RemedyMeds.Com. FAST easy overnight Fedex delivery from a US licensed pharmacy so you can order with confidence. Good luck dear.

No, no pills there unnecessary and usually dont work. If there is a medical condition keeping you from losing weight then you would have to go to a doctor and get that fixed. Diet and exercise shoudl work.

If you have a special occasion coming up, or you simply need to lose weight fast, the Cabbage Soup Diet may be just what you’re looking for. Although not suitable for long-term weight loss, the Cabbage Soup Diet is a low-fat, high-fiber diet that will help you get into shape fast before you embark on a more moderate long-term eating plan.

Pros and Cons of the Cabbage Soup Diet

Pros: You’ll lose weight fast, and can get as much of the foods listed in the program as you want. Although the diet is only for seven days (and shouldn’t be adhered to for longer), it provides a great “kick-start” for a more moderate diet.

Cons: Some people find the soup bland. Some people have reported feeling light-headed, weak, and have suffered from decreased concentration (although some who have been affected in this way felt it was well worth it, since it was only for a week and they had lost considerable weight).

What the Cabbage Soup Diet is NOT

The cabbage soup diet is sometimes referred to as the “Mayo Clinic Diet”, and the “Sacred Heart Hospital Diet”. Interestingly, this diet has nothing to do with either the Mayo Clinic, nor any Sacred Heart Hospital we know about.

The Problem With Most “Mainstream” Diets

Most diets – especially “mainstream” diets, and those recommended by major medical institutions – work slowly but surely, resulting in around 1 pound of weight loss per week.

This “slow and steady” way to lose weight is certainly healthy, but suffers from one significant drawback : most people get discouraged and quit whatever diet they are on if they don’t see results quickly.

    Seven Keys to Success

    Follow the diet religiously.
Drink at least 4 glasses of water per day
Keep in mind that it’s only seven days
Complement the diet with a good multivitamin tablet
Print the information on this site so you can refer to it daily
Eat plenty of soup – as much as you want! Do not try to starve yourself or you’ll probably cheat and break the diet
Try different spices to liven up the soup and add variety

    THE DIET

    Day One:
Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want (except bananas). Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. For drinks- unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.

    Day Two:
Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today.

    Day Three:
Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato.

    Day Four:
Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.

    Day Five:
Beef And Tomatos: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomtoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef one one of the beef days (but not both).

    Day Six:
Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart’s content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once.

    Day Seven:
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Again stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day
