im about 25lb over my weight limit. is there anything to do to lose it, i’ve cut my carbs calories and food, and i wanted to know if there was a weight loss pill that actually worked

try cardiovascular exercise jerky.any exercise that makes you sweat and makes your heartbeat for at least a half hour.five or six days a week will cause weight loss as long as your really counting calories and using carbs in the right way

    Try running 6 times a week during the week for about a month or two, or the duration it takes for you to be satisfied with you’re weight, And when i say run, i mean run 1 or 2 miles at first, then slowly increase the distance. Before you start doing the next step, try running about 5 or 6 miles a day.

    Next Step: After running for about a month, swim 6 times a week for about another month or two. And i’ll guarantee you you’ll be in way better shape.
    Also dont eat alot of fat food, but try to eat healthy whenever you can.

    If your looking to lose 25 pounds you must be very careful. You must increase your workouts… go at less 30mins of cardio at least 3 or 4 times a week. Make sure you stay in your fat burning zone “very Important” faster and harder is not always better. (Fat Burning zone is 65% of your maximum heart rate which is 210 minus your age simple calculation)

    Drink alot of water, when ever you can be drinking water this will bring down your water weight.

    Also increase the number of meals you can eat. 6 small meals will increase your bodies fat burning power.

    What I put my clients on to make sure they lose the weight and stick to the exercise is a product called Liptoprin-Rx it isnt cheap but it flat out works, great product! I know this will get you to your goals but it is going to take some work OK!

    No, no pills there unnecessary and usually dont work. If there is a medical condition keeping you from losing weight then you would have to go to a doctor and get that fixed. Diet and exercise shoudl work.

    Seven Keys to Success

    Follow the diet religiously.
    Drink at least 4 glasses of water per day
    Keep in mind that it’s only seven days
    Complement the diet with a good multivitamin tablet
    Print the information on this site so you can refer to it daily
    Eat plenty of soup – as much as you want! Do not try to starve yourself or you’ll probably cheat and break the diet
    Try different spices to liven up the soup and add variety


    Day One:
    Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want (except bananas). Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. For drinks- unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.

    Day Two:
    Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today.

    Day Three:
    Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato.

    Day Four:
    Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.

    Day Five:
    Beef And Tomatos: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomtoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef one one of the beef days (but not both).

    Day Six:
    Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart’s content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once.

    Day Seven:
    Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Again stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day
