Question by frenchy: Weight loss?
What weight loss program have you had the most success on? I have done weight watchers before, but I always seem to fall off the wagon. Any suggestions?

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
    1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
    2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
    3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

    Good LUCK!

food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise…if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food…Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

    1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

    2.) drink lots of water

    3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

    Hi Frenchy!

I would stick with weight watchers, it is a good program. In addition, I would try and stay as active as you can. Walk instead of drive, take the stairs instead of elevator, etc. If you like working out, do it. If you don’t, then stay active in other ways. Dance, walk the dog, shop (no food court), play with kids, bike, just move around doing your favorite things that don’t involve eating.

If you want more info/help, you can email me at trainer_gregg@yahoo.com

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!
