I am 5’3″ at 135 lbs. I want to lose 10-20lbs. I would like to know who has been successful with their weight loss goals.

Please tell your starting weight, describe your exercise regimen, what you ate, and your ending weight. And most importantly, if you maintained it, give or take 5-10lbs.
