Question by : What is a good daily meal and diet plan for weight loss?
I am doing exercise and taking limited food also for my body and figure, any other ideas to loss weight?

Cut out all junk food, beef, and refined flour.
Exercise apropriatly(this means actually doing it to what you can handle and so that you achieve muscl failure during your workouts)
try this:
Breakfast: Banana, and a big glass of unsweetened almond milk
Snack:Handful of pistachio’s
Lunch:Can of tuna in water, with glass of unsweetened almond milk
snack: Pick another fruit
Dinner: A lean meat such as fish or chicken that isnt cooked in anything fattening (butter, crisco, lard,) try cooking with olive oil instead.
Along with this lean meat try two green leafy vegetable servings and a very small portion of brown rice.
Don’t drink regular milk or anything else but water and almond milk/coconut milk
