Question by Katie S: I have appt at weight loss clinic, with a BMI of 36 will the doctor prescribe me weight loss pills?
I go in tomorrow for blood work, urinalysis, and ECG. When my results come back I go in and speak with the doctor. I already know my BMI is 36 that means highly obese. But I am no sure if he will give me weight loss pills, even though it is a weight loss clinic. What kind of of weight loss pill could I expect to get? And about how much does a prescription cost?

doctors wont prescribe weight loss pills. all they can do is insist that you go on a strict diet and work out.

Do you have a medical condition making you obese? Or have you just let yourself go and think there’s a magic pill that will make you skinny? Maybe you should try to exercise everyday and eat less before you go to some “weight loss” clinic that’s going to push you into have dangerous surgery or give you an RX for pills that don’t work and can cause you to become ill .

Pills, for this sort of thing, is never the answer. Hard work is. I don’t know what you’ve tried in the past, what’s worked, and what hasn’t. But, the main thing you need to remember is that whatever happens is on you. Whatever you decide to do, is what is going to happen. If you have the belief and the self confidence that you can lose the weight you want and need to, you will do so much better than if you rely on pills and surgery to do that for you. I lost over 150 lbs by reducing how much I ate, and figuring out WHY I was eating the way I was. I was over 300 pounds, and now I’m half that weight. No pills, no surgery, just a lot of hard work. It’s hard, and can be emotionally painful, when you figure out why you eat the way you eat. But, it is SO worth it! It still gets hard sometimes, and I think that some will agree with me, that even though the weight has come off, you may still feel like you’re at the weight you were when you started. Sometimes, when I look in the mirror, I don’t see the 150 pound woman, I see the 340 pound woman, with no self esteem, no self confidence, and I cry. You can do this, I have faith in you. No matter how tough it gets, no matter how much you may want to give up and in, just don’t. Stand tall, and keep in mind, that the road you are going down is going to get prettier and prettier, and easier and easier to walk down.

    Good luck!!

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.

Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It’s an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It’s really great to stop food cravings.

Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
