Question by : How long does it take to notice weight loss in an 18 year old female?
I never believed in the “freshmen 15″ until i went to college and gained 15 lbs myself, I am 5′ 2” weighing at 133 lbs. I want to lose my freshmen 15 and I was wondering how long it takes for one to notice their weight loss or figure changing? I am running or biking everyday for 40 mins, water is all I ever drink even at college and I eat healthier now that I am home from college.

you can easily lose weight fast and safely:

1. Eat more healthy; lean fat meat items, vegetables, fruits, etc

2. Uphold a calorie deficit of around five hundred

3. Exercise regularly even if it is simply a light walk

4. Avoid gimmicks or novelty diets
