Question by Makeup Marcy: How do I set a fitness goal without weight loss?
I am 5’5″, 130-lb teenage girl who lacks fitness. I am at a very ideal weight, but I am not in shape.
Now, with weight loss, you can set pound-goals, and you can see those results at weigh-ins and it’s encouraging. But with my case, how can I have milestones?

as A New weight loss Problem,you should Test wight lost or even fitness with great exercise system
as six pack fast , you may Test and focus how to build A New muscle
as wight lost/fitness Problem, you may read through a number
