Question by : How can I reboost my weight loss?
Over the past 2 years I have lost 127 pounds. I want to lose at least 50 more pounds. My current weight is 212 pounds. However, the weight loss has stalled for a while now. I am still working out religiously (6 days a week) and eating a healthy diet. I eat between 1200-1500 calories a day. Does anyone have any tips to help me reboost my weightloss?

If I were you I would actually go see a doctor about losing weight. Since you are working out so much but eating so little, I’m confused why you aren’t losing weight. The doctor can check your thyroid levels and even prescribe weight loss medication that actually works. Not that over the counter stuff that’s just a rip off.

  1. Jill Cranburn says:

The best scenario is exactly what you have been doing, watching your diet and exercising, there is no “magic pill” that will work by itself. There is a product/pill which contains Tonalin CLA and that ingredient works by decreasing the size and number of fat cells, it also increase the rate at which fatty acids are turned into energy. Taking this combined with diet and exercise will assist with weight loss.
